You can observe how you lived today.
2. Go for a walk.
I can’t go to the gym because I’m lazy, but I walk around the house feeling today’s weather.
3. Pay any overdue utility bills.
If you don’t pay what you owe, it remains a burden on your mind.
4. Organize your computer’s drives.
A messy computer is like my heart.
5. Organize the refrigerator.
There is nothing worse than throwing away food that has passed its expiration date.
6. I eat at least one meal I cooked myself or for my family.
It’s good even if it’s not a grand dish. Treat yourself and your family with a food you cook yourself.
7. Help others.
This is painful because I lived for myself. Start small. You can feel your consciousness gradually expanding and turning into a wise person.
8. Research your favorite field.
I like to study English. Watch videos of less than 20 minutes on YouTube and watch them over and over again. Even if you memorize a single English word, praise yourself for a job well done.
9. Have some alone time.
Life is lonely. Even when you are alone, you need to be able to live with dignity so that you can get along well with others.
10. Meditate before bed.
There is an infinite amount of positive energy in the minds of all of us. Before going to bed, I meditate to organize my day. Let go of the negative thoughts and go to bed. When you open your eyes the next day, it’s a new day.
